We have a purpose that’s bigger than just you and me.  Come help us figure it out together.  We were never meant to live our lives without each other and He loves you dearly.  Our first Vision Sunday is 15th January.  See our calendar for details.

Plumbline Leaders Retreat 2016

One of the great things about our yearly Plumbline Leaders Retreat is Jean, from HCC, sharing a quiet and gentle Word of prophecy with folks one on one.  She uses beautiful picture postcards to kickstart Father talking to you through her.

Here’s the one she gave me this year.  The Word accompanying it was a simple: Sometimes Father wants you to relax.  There was more, but see her in the background of these photos?  That’s her in the middle sharing with another:

We had good input from Simon Matthews, other leaders in Plumbline, and very valuable relationship time to make new friends and deepen existing ones with our spiritual family members from Plumbline Ireland and Plumbline UK.

Tim shared about how we can run up our ‘rev counter’ like  a car but need to be prepared to change gears–shifting up as well as shifting down, depending on what’s right in His timing for us.

Rosemary‘s stories were my favourites and Graeme‘s gift for teaching always shines through too.   All these recordings and the rest are on the Plumbline Facebook page for you to check out to get a sense of the Plumbline Ireland’s sense of humour, our DNA of reality and faith, and good solid guidance.

CLC’s New Shape Leaders

Join us on Sunday 11th September at St. Andrew’s Church Hall at 3pm and help us commission our new CLC Leaders.  There are three groups that represent our new teams as we look ahead in this new era of ours:

CLC Leadership Team (LT)

is Kevin, Tom and Lyn.  Kevin leads the team with direction, vision and ideas.  Lyn helps practically, runs the hospitality side of CLC (crucial because that means eating together!) and she keeps an eye on us pastorally. Tom is new to our LT so we’re still figuring out specific responsibilities he’ll want.  But we have known for years his gift for wisdom and his optimistic and faithful perspective. Please pray for our new team to gel and find our place to enjoy leading CLC!  See Number 27:18, Ephesians 4:11, 1 Tim 5:17, 1 Tim 2:1-3

CLC Children Team

Natalie and Luke have a heart for our Children to meet God, to know Him and to worship Him from a young age.   Pray for them as He gives them vision and energy to lead us in serving our youngsters.  We have always given our CLC children the best!  see 2 Tim 3:14-15, Matthew 21:16, Matthew 18:10, Mark 10:13-16, Prov 22:6,  Deut 6:7

CLC Trustee Team – Finance & CLC Charity

Lucy and Luke run our finances and trust on a day to day basis, while Trevor gives us a good perspective as a fellow member of the Plumbline family yet an outside CLC view.  Tim, as our founding leader also adds his Plumbline perspective experience and insight as our fourth trustee. see 1 Cor 12:12-26, Matthew 6:24, 1 Tim 6:17-19.

Please pray for us, as we step up to serve you and Him and invest in His amazing growing Kingdom!  Tim and Roy will be joining us in their capacaties as Plumbline family members who support and give leadership to our leadership.
